Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Hua Hin Home Care’s website or booking any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Payment Terms (Important)
Important. The following applies unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed method.
- For ongoing or monthly services, payment is due in advance of each service period.
- We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services if payment is not received on time.
Level of Support (Service Definitions)
To ensure appropriate staffing and pricing, services are categorised based on the level of support required:
Light Support
General assistance with daily tasks, including:
- Cleaning, laundry, and household tasks
- Meal preparation and errands
- Basic companionship and supervision
Client is largely independent and mobile
Moderate Support
More hands-on assistance, including:
- Help with mobility or moving around the home
- Assistance with dressing or daily routines
- Increased supervision and slower-paced support
Client requires regular assistance but is not fully dependent
Higher Support
Significant assistance and supervision, including:
- Frequent or continuous assistance with mobility
- Close supervision for safety
- Higher physical and time demands on staff
Client requires substantial support throughout the visit
Final classification is determined by Hua Hin Home Care after consultation.
Nature of Services
Hua Hin Home Care provides non-medical home support services, including daily living assistance, companionship, transport, and wellness services.
Unless explicitly agreed in writing:
- Our staff are not doctors, nurses, or licensed medical providers
- We do not administer medication, perform injections, or provide clinical care
- We may provide medication reminders only
Additional clarifications:
- “Recovery support” refers to non-medical assistance after discharge
- We do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical monitoring
- Clients should seek qualified medical professionals for health-related decisions
Packages and Ongoing Services
For weekly, monthly, or bundled services:
- Included hours, schedules, and conditions will be outlined in your service agreement
- Unused hours may be subject to expiry unless otherwise agreed
- Changes to schedules are subject to availability
Cancellation and refund terms will be specified in your individual agreement.
Cancellations and Refunds (Important)
- Minimum notice for cancellation or rescheduling: 24 hours
- Late cancellations may be charged in full
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case-by-case based on agreed service terms
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on this website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
- Modify or copy materials
- Use materials for commercial purposes
- Reverse engineer or replicate website content
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
